WFI Payment Options

WFI make it easier to pay for your insurance with a number of payment methods available. You choose to pay via credit card, Bpay, cheque, premium funding or by instalments direct from your credit card or bank account.

Payment methods details

Pay by instalments

  • Currently available for Commercial Plan, Office Plan, Rural Plan, Trades Insurance Kit, Landlord Plan and Private Plan policies.
  • WFI have introduced a range of instalment payment options to allow you to structure your policy payments around your lifestyle or pay cycle.
  • You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly and half-yearly by direct debit or credit card.
  • How to apply for direct debit payments – download and print off the Direct Debit Request. Complete your details and email, fax or post it back to WFI (refer to your notice for address details).

Credit card

  • You can pay with your Visa or Mastercard over the phone.
  • Phone – call 1300 934 934. Have your details handy when you make the call.
  • Available for all products.

Bpay

  • You can use BPAY through your participating financial institution to make premium payments from your cheque or savings account over the phone or via internet banking.
  • You'll find the Biller Code and Customer Reference Number on your notice.
  • Available for all products.

Cheque

  • You can also pay by cheque via post.
  • Attach the payment slip (found at the foot of your notice) to your cheque and post it back to WFI (refer to your notice for address details).
  • Available for all products.

Premium funding

  • You can also finance the payment of your annual premium.
  • WFI has arranged for Elantis Premium Funding to offer a Premium Instalment Plan to some WFI policyholders.
  • Phone – call 1300 934 934 to commence the process. Have your details handy when you make the call.
  • Available for all products.
