How we can help

We want to help you with your insurance, especially during difficult times.

Our teams are here to support you. We know it can be difficult to talk about what you’re going through, so we always try to minimise the number of times you need to give us details.

Privacy and safety

When you call, your privacy and safety are our top priority.

If you’re affected by family and domestic violence, information you give us about your situation will be kept private (even if you have a joint policy).

 

Financial support

We can talk to you about financial support if your situation is putting stress on your finances. if you need help making a payment to us, learn about our financial assistance.

 

Counselling support

If you have a current policy with us, you and your family can access free, confidential counselling through Sonder. Please speak with an WFI consultant who can provide details on how to access Sonder support by calling 1800 234 560 anytime 24/7. Or download their app, from the App store or Google Play.

Sonder is a separate company from WFI Insurance, and all your sessions are confidential. Your details aren’t passed on to us and it doesn’t affect your policies.

 

Supporting our staff and partners

We know our staff and partners can be affected by family and domestic violence, too. Our Employee Assistance Programs, as well as specialist teams and support services, help look after our teams.
